Being A Great Pond Builder Doesn't Make The Phone Ring

I'm Laura Reale. My husband, Matt, and I own a pond company outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Matt is an amazing artist and over the years, we've been recognized as a top pond designer more than once.

I've always been good about keeping a customer and prospect database. I knew how important it was. After all, every marketing expert will tell you the money is in the list. But I never really used if for much more than an occasional holiday email message.
 
I began to wonder what would happen if I started using CONSISTENT email messaging. 
 
So each week I began sending my past customers a tip about maintaining their pond and the most amazing thing happened... my phone rang!
