How Pondtent Works
We offer three distinct services: Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) Set-Up, Mail Chimp Automation Campaigns and a monthly service where we do weekly tips, a monthly newsletter and twice a week Facebook posts
You can use one system or all three, it's up to you!
You sign up and pay for LACRM ($10 a month) and MailChimp (around $20 a month) on your own. The money goes directly to those companies and Pondtent is not involved in that transaction. Once you have your login info, the real fun begins!

LACRM
Groups are good for tracking some sorts of things, but not so good for others. Groups are a list-building or contact/company segmentation tool -- they are good for keeping track of a shared quality between a group of records in your database. That quality might be where you met those people, the industry they are in, or even a project to which they are related. However, if you are tracking a contact or company through a process about which you’d like to be able to see a report or a history of updates at a later date, groups are probably not the correct option -- you’ll want to use a pipeline for that.
Pipelines are a way to track a project from first phone call to thank you letter. They have comprehensive reporting tools for you to follow the process over time. Pipelines allow you to build out a custom workflow, track the contacts through that workflow, enter notes along the way, and even create custom fields to capture additional workflow-related information.
Mail Chimp
Drip (Automation) Campaigns are emails that deliver information to your customers right when they need it, in a way that’s efficient for you and your team. Send a series of emails to introduce your new customers to your company, share product recommendations based on the purchase history of your customers, wish your subscribers a happy birthday, and more.
With MailChimp’s Automation workflows, you can easily create and track trigger-based emails that automatically send to your subscribers.
